The service

ContainerX (containerx.ge) provides container tracking, free VIN information and paid vehicle-history reports with an AI summary. By using the site you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].

Accounts

You sign in with Google, Apple or your email and password; keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity in your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or automated scraping.

Payments

Prices are shown in Georgian lari before payment. Payments are one-time (no subscription) and processed by Bank of Georgia. A paid container monitoring or report becomes available in your account after the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver what you paid for — for example the data provider has no records for the VIN, or tracking cannot be started for the container — we refund the payment. Contact [email protected] with your order details.

Accuracy of information

Tracking data comes from shipping lines and vessel data providers; vehicle data comes from official and commercial databases. Estimated arrival times can change, and an empty section in a report means no record was found, not a guarantee about the vehicle. The AI summary is an automated interpretation of the report and does not replace an inspection by a qualified mechanic. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of this information.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell or republish reports, and do not use automated tools to extract data from the site.
